Step 1. Build On Your Lot Or We’ll Help You Find One

The first step to designing and building a custom home is to identify a lot. Homes are designed to a lots topography, build location restrictions and HOA CCR’s. A Galiant representative will walk the lot with you to identify any potential issues and the best build location. If you do not have a lot, Call Us and we will assist in finding the perfect lot for your new home.

Step 2. Begin Home Design

Working together with you, Galiant’s design team of architects, builders, interior designers and project managers, will begin the process of understanding your needs and wants. A true collaboration, Galiant’s team will listen but also be there to offer suggestions and value engineer to provide you with the best product and for the best price. During this process we will be producing floor plans, engineering, design selections and showing you 3d drawings.

Step 3. Bringing The Concept To Life

Once our design team and you have determined your program and concept together, you will have the opportunity to view it in 3D. This allows you to make any changes that you may not have seen on a 2D view. This also enables us to identify any potential value engineering aspects to make for a better home and build process for you.

Step 4. Engineering

Once you and our design team are 100% satisfied with the designed home we will send to our engineers to produce the truss design,  foundation design, structurals, electrical, HVAC and low volt design. When these items are complete we will be able to produce the cost to build your home and move to the build phase.

Step 5. Time To Build!

When we have produced the build cost and entered into a build agreement with you, Galiant’s construction team will take over and begin the build process. Throughout the build process, our construction and design team are there for you ensuring all your questions are answered, reviewing on-site work with you, and creating solutions if you want to change anything throughout the build.

Many home builders pass their clients off to an architect, not Galiant Homes. Galiant’s design team consists of architects, the builder, interior designers, project managers, pre-construction managers and purchasing managers all working together with you. This diverse team of design experts listen to your needs and wants to produce your perfect custom home.
